LOGITECH
BRIO 505
Project Overview:
Brio 505 was one of three new webcams launched during the pandemic, aimed at professionals working from home. It sat in the mid-tier range - affordable, clean design, and solid performance.
My Teams Role:
Unlike traditional teams that start with a shot list and execute, we take a more holistic design approach. We start by mocking up the full product storytelling experience - thinking through how it’ll be seen across web, retail, and sales - then prototype content to fit that vision. We’re a small team of generalists who blend design, storytelling, and 3D craft to shape the launch experience from start to finish.
We work closely with Industrial Design, UX, Web, and Product Marketing to make sure everything’s aligned, accurate, and represents the design and business intent.
What we made:
We built most of the content in 3D using Cinema 4D. That included three full set builds (two home offices and a workplace), product feature animations, and high-resolution visuals for web and e-tail.
The tricky part:
The creative team had already captured some live footage, so we reverse-engineered the interiors and style to match that aesthetic. That meant dialing in photorealism - getting the materials, color values, imperfections, and textures just right so everything looked seamless when composited together.
